The man who made Halle Berry's weekend hell has been arrested after returning to her home one too many times. TMZ reports that the man, who is twenty-seven year-old Richard Franco, returned to Berry's home and jumped the fence, but was busted by the cops this time around.
Police believe he is the same man in her backyard on Saturday and Sunday.
